Ashley Watson: Hearty Veggie Haggis Roll
Butty or roll (which is what we call it in Scotland) of choice - ciabatta's are especially good!
• Vegetarian Haggis
• Red Onion Marmalade
• Mature Cheddar Cheese
Heat the haggis as instructed by the cooking guidelines. Cut the roll or ciabatta open and lightly toast under the grill. Once toasted add a spread of red onion marmalade. Spoon some of the haggis onto one side of the roll/ciabatta, then sprinkle grated mature cheddar cheese over both sides and grill until cheese it is melted.
Tip: if you’re not a fan of red onion marmalade then you can miss it out and put some Jalapenos on instead!
