Since 2011, we've celebrated the start of National Vegetarian Week with Meat Free in Manchester, a free public event in Albert Square, Manchester city centre featuring cookery demos, interactive games, fun activities, live entertainment and much more.

Meat Free in Manchester has been an extremely popular event, with up to 4,500 vegetarians, vegans, meat-eaters and meat-reducers visiting on the day last year. We're looking forward to making next year's event bigger, better and even more fun.
